SpectreXR (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the OctoXR app as a spatial computing app for Apple Vision Pro. This page informs you of our policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app.
Information We Collect
OctoXR does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not require an account, login, or any personal information to use.
All hand-tracking and interaction data used by the app is processed locally on your device, through Apple’s system-level frameworks, in order to enable the app’s core functionality. This data is not stored by the app, is not transmitted off your device, and is not accessible to us.
Camera, Sensor, and Hand-Tracking Data
OctoXR uses hand-tracking input provided by visionOS to enable interaction with objects in the app. As with all visionOS apps, this data is processed at the system level by Apple Vision Pro; the app itself does not access raw camera data, does not record it, and does not send it anywhere.
Third-Party Services
OctoXR does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children’s Privacy
OctoXR does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
